Accounting Admin Assistant

Lifestyle Homes is Northern Utah’s Premier Home Builder. We build single family and multi-family homes throughout Utah and Southern Idaho. We’re known for a excellent customer service, and innovative building design and our superior construction process.


We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us and directly assist the Accounting Department. You’ll be responsible for data entry, cost analysis, taking notes and other duties. You’ll have the opportunity to see first-hand how a successful business is built and be integral to its success. This is full time, working from 8:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri.

Job Description and Requirements:


Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instruction from your supervisor, and understand those instructions with little or no follow up. You will relate messages or instructions to others based from your supervisor. Good listening and communication skills are required.


People/Interpersonal Skills: You will be working directly with at least one person. But you also might be the first line of communication between your supervisor and subcontractors, clients, other employees and upper management.


Organizational Skills: You will be relied on to keep the books updated daily. Receive the mail and data entry, answering phones, assisting in managing current projects, maintain subcontractor relations with current and past subs, and maintain job costs in management software program. This will require a successful personal assistant who has terrific organizational skills.


Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and with emails. Has the ability to learn industry specific software.

Required Skills: This candidate must be tech savvy, possess excellent verbal skills, be professional and appropriate in appearance and demeanor, be willing to learn all aspects of the business and, above all, be honest, reliable and accountable. Ability to maintain organization in office environment.
