Selecting Your Colors
Once you’ve chosen to build a plan, we hold a kick-off meeting with you for 1 to 2 hours in our design studio, helping you select all interior and exterior colors in an inspirational, stress-free environment.
Additional Guidance
With your home purchase, you receive 5 hours with our professional designer who can help you choose the right colors, exterior accents, and even pick out and perfectly arrange your new furniture.
The Building Process
During this meeting, we also go over the entire building process, answer any questions you might have and provide you with additional literature so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
